GBHave rented several times in the past… Have rented several times in the past with small issues as to placement. Flags put out but not left in the right spot. This time I was charged for overage when I was told there was no limit to what or how much can be put in. I know in the past I have had over 2 tons in the dumpster when I removed a large brick fireplace but was not charged for overage. Just feel they are difficult to communicate with and will no longer use them. Switching to Rocket Dumpster

GBSlow to deliver Slow to deliver, they were 5 days late, slow to pick up 6 days late. Damaged my driveway by slamming the full dumpster down several times when he was trying to load it on his truck. Would not recommend.

GBhidden fees Dumpster was dropped on time and picked up time. There is a flat fee and you sign a contract with them and is legit. However, afterwards they charge you for extra fees and they don’t tell you what they charging you extra for. Not a phone call or email to warn you about the extra charges being made to your card. You just get charge. You try to call to the number they give you to find the extra charges and it doesn’t work.

GBBeware of charges months later Initially they were very easy to work with, but almost 4 months later I incurred a $65 fee on my credit card and when I called, no one really had answers except to say that the pick up 4 months earlier was over on tonnage. I noted that no one contacted me to advise there were any issues after the initial payment for the dumpster was made and 4 months later I got charged additional. I have now spoken to 2 people who both said they would research it after asking me and call me back and 2 weeks from my initial call about the charges, I'm still waiting. Very disappointing.
