Level 3 House Survey We recently had a level 3 survey carried out on a 4 bedroom property using Jeremy's services. The work Jeremy did was excellent. The report was incredibly thorough and detailed. The house we are looking to move into had been lived in by the previous owner for nearly 60 years, so we knew there was likely to be issues that needed to be addressed. We are hardly experts when it comes to house surveys, but we found the report Jeremy did to be very clear, and it has helped us enormously in our next steps. I was very impressed with how professional Jeremy was, and how prompt he was in carrying out the work as well as replying to any questions. We would 100% use Jeremy again in the future, and recommend to friends and family.

Level 2 homeowner report Jeremy was quick to respond to an enquiry, very quick making the appointment directly with the estate agent and provided a comprehensive report full of detail and photos. Not hoping to move again in the near future but if we were to, I would go straight back to Jeremy.
