I think everything was excellent . The print on the supplement notes was extremely small to read I think everything was excellent and thoughtful. Tho only reason I am giving a 4 star rating is the printed instructions for taking the supplements is inj extremely small print and very difficult to read upon the first time of taking the supplements.
