I think everything was excellent . The print on the supplement notes was extremely small to read I think everything was excellent and thoughtful. Tho only reason I am giving a 4 star rating is the printed instructions for taking the supplements is inj extremely small print and very difficult to read upon the first time of taking the supplements. I have been taking them now for less than a week and am already feeing the beginning results. I thank you all very much for the care and performance of the entire association. Linus Risk

I am not feeling the energy that I need yet, but most likely because I am not getting enough sleep. But I know it's doing something because of all the wonderful vitamins and minerals.
