Dissappointed First order got forgotten at the factory and we had to chase. Installation was good and happy with windows. Second order again took longer than promised to be completed. Installation was good, however, it was noticed that the grills did not match the originals on three of the windows. Replacement windows were ordered and when they arrived only two turned up and they were still wrong. Seems to be no controls on ether production in the factory and on quality inspection prior to delivery making the process unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming.

Eleven windows in two years and no problems. We’ve had 11 windows replaced over two years with no problems. There was organization from first visit to final install. They are more expensive than other places, but each time we had a city inspector out, they mentioned how impressed they were with the quality of the windows as well as the installation.

The project manager who originally came to inspect & measure had an emergency and was not able to adequately convey to the install team that it would not be a routine install -- so they were not totally prepared. CC windows worked very hard to overcome the delay, and had a successful install. The windows are super quality and energy efficient. The frames are the perfect color as selected. I wish I had done sooner.
