Great service I hired pro.com to regrout my bathtub. Robert was so fast he was able to do that, provide advice on a new toilet seat, change handles on 3 doors and trouble shoot another door handle. Robert was great. Would definitely recommend him.

Cost too much Initially it was suppose to be a 2 hour project. I became a 5 hour project. There might be some unknown to the project but it seems to me that all the unexpected became my cost.

Bureaucracy over service It took me 2 weeks to schedule a four-hour job. Then the handy man who came left the work somewhat unfinished and never contacted us to see if he could come back to complete it. We were busy moving, so left it the way it was, but it was not finished completely. I would not use them again.

Courteous and Professional We had good experiences the two times we used them. The workmen were courteous, respectful and helpful. The office went our of their way to accommodate a problem we had with scheduling.

temporary fixes Most of what they fixed broke again immediately. They sent someone out to fix AGAIN only to have it break AGAIN. Eventually they just stopped offering to fix. No refund offered.
