Absolutely shocking service Absolutely shocking service, feel furious I had to pay them anything at all. No communication- constantly didn’t reply to calls and emails, sold the house and never even spoke to the agent- shocking! He avoided us in the street as he knew we’d ask him to answer the emails, and once even told me he had couldn’t answer my emails as was so so busy and had to dash off to an appointment so couldn’t talk and then went straight in to the local Irish pub to watch the euros!! Some of the team were helpful and friendly but the agent who sold our property unfortunately was really disinterested. Didn’t even communicate the day we exchanged or completed- all contact we had was through the solicitors. Such a shame

We dealt with Cheryl in the Crouch End… We dealt with Cheryl in the Crouch End office when looking for a rental. She was friendly, professional and listened to what we were after, showing us a few great options, and helped us with the logistics when we chose. Three years later, when moving out, Cheryl ran a very smooth process of arranging viewings to suit us. A very good experience and good people!
