GBPhiladelphia Row Home Renovation Fleming Project Mangement did an excellent job on a recent renovation. I initially received an estimate from Fleming but decided to go with another contractor instead. That was a mistake. The other contractor was unprofessional, lied several times, and provided vague bills for items not completed. After arguing back and forth with the first contractor, with a stalled remodel covered in trash from incomplete work, I fired the first contractor then reached out to Rich to get someone out there. Richard and his team took over the project and did an amazing job. There were a few hiccups along the way with materials and a need to change the project manager half way, but these issues were handled well and professionally by Fleming. I also like how Fleming provides a portal where you can log in to see progress, ask questions, get estimates, and see ongoing costs. They even upload pictures of the work along the way. Overall great experience and I definitely intend to work with them again.
