GBWonderful Experience with Fleming PM I used Fleming Property Management on a rental property we acquired in June 2021 located in Woodlyn, PA (Delaware County). Rich and his team are a pleasure to work with. They are timely with their communication and always answer the phone. They created a specific Scope of Work and stuck to it throughout the project, with minimal change orders. They completed the project on the timeline they said they would. It was clear from the very beginning that I could trust them with my project. It was a huge weight off my shoulders when I did not have to manage any aspect of the project other than occassional phone calls with the project manager. They provided me with written updates and photos multiple times a week through email. I highly recommend Rich and his team.
