I struggled to make 30k a year working 2 jobs before this. I’ve accomplished more in my last 2 years of life than I thought possible. Buying brand new cars and trucks. New Hire's Perspective I recently started here. The reps who work hard make over 100K per year. This job's fruit takes time, though. Meanwhile, this company allows growth-time, so long as the individual works hard and their aptitude appears promising. They recently enacted a base-pay, which helps rookies survive the initial dry-period. This surely helps employee retention, though now we use W2 AND 1099 pay, together, as opposed to just 1099 pay. Base-pay=W2, and commission=1099.
