Roof replacement I needed to replace my roof. I sought bids from several roofing companies. Each of them came out to look at my roof and they all stated that I had hail damage. I had forgotten the we had a storm last fall that had some large hail. After reviewing the bids that I had received and talking to the roofers I decided to go with Insurance Solutions Services as Michael stated that he was very familiar with how insurance companies operated and could very likely get my insurance company to cover my roof replacement. The first adjuster (a contractor) they sent out did not arrive when scheduled and only spent about 10 minutes inspecting the roof. He said there was only damage on the ridge vent. How is it possible to only have damage in such a narrow area? Michael encouraged me to call my claims manager and complain about this which I did. They agreed to send out a second adjuster (an employee) to inspect the roof. He did spend more time on the roof but came to the same conclusion as the first adjuster. He was going to leave but Michael asked if he would go back up on the roof with him so he could point out other damage that the adjuster had missed. He then agreed that there was additional damage and it would involve some shingle repair in addition to replacing the ridge vent and valley flashing. Michael requested that they do a shingle color match and it showed that there were no shingles available that would match. They agreed to replace the entire roof. Because of his tenacity and thoroughness of Insurance Solutions Services I was able to get my roof replaced and covered by the insurance company. This was not the end of things. When the roof was being put on there was a delivery issue and of course, an unexpected storm rolled in. Michael was onsite trying to avert problems but some water leaked in. Michael assured me they would get the small water damage area taken care of, which they did. Michael and his company never backed away from resolving and completing my claim to my satisfaction. Sometimes things can go wrong, but it shows the character of the person who stays with it to resolve issues and complete the task. I never thought State Farm could be so difficult to deal with. Because of Michael, I was very pleased with the overall experience and would recommend Insurance Solutions Services.

Where to begin Where to begin? Had it not been for Michael O'Leary and his company, Insurance Solutions Services, I don't know where I would have been. I had storm damage to my home in fall of 2020. In the spring of 2021 a 'storm chaser' knocked on my door and said I had storm damage. I contacted State Farm and they came out and inspected when I was not home, then sent me a letter saying it was only "wear and tear". I was then referred to Insurances Solutions Services. Michael came out and did a thorough inspection of my home and documented it with pictures of the damages. I received another denial letter. Michael followed up on this and was able to get a new adjuster. Next my claim was bounced around to 2-3 different adjusters that kept trying to go back to 'wear & tear'. I had hail hits on vents along with missing and temporary shingles to stop water from leaking into my interior. Finally, after 6 months the claim was approved for the roof, garage, shed and interior damage. I don't know what I would have done without his help. My new roof was put on in just one day and it looks beautiful. I was very fortunate to have Insurance Solutions Services help me through this process. JoAnn

Great Roof Michael and crew were great to work with. After other roofing companys told us we shouldn't even bother filing a claim, Michael encouraged it and walked it all the way through to full coverage. As soon as we got the approval, they were out replacing the roof in a couple of days. The roofing crew were fast and courteous and the new roof is beautiful.
