Be careful which Company you choose to… Be careful which Company you choose to carry out work in your home. My neighbor had a bad experience with her window and door protection. For the same reason my husband and I were very careful. My experience with Best Price Contractors was very easy from the first step to the last step. Definitely an experience with professionals. Our house has changed a lot now that we made that change, but the most important thing is that my family is protected! I recommend them!!

CONSUMER BEWARE Best price contractors has a really good sales team and just that.BUYERS BEWARE, this company is horrible to deal with.the customer service is a complete HORROR story.i got my roof done with this company in September 2023.the roof was completed in one day.i thought wow how great they really are quick with service.boy was I wrong.i am still waiting for the permits for my roof.which was never submitted.we are now in February 2024. every time I called I was given the run around or a great sales person to pitch me into calling me down. because at this point I'm extremely upset by their lack of communication and sense of urgency to provide me with my roofing permits.i have paid this company and hold a ZERO balance.the company has failed to fulfill their end of the bargain.they have a thirty year warranty for the roof which I assumed was a plus.only later to find out that its a way to tie you into using them only for anything in regards to your roof or use risk losing your warranty and its voided out.I am unsatisfied with this company and will never use them again.i haven't received something as simple as an automated update about how far along they are with processing of my permits.the phone has been hung up on by staff even though I was polite and professional buy yet firm in my line of questioning. I work to hard for my money to be treated like this.i will be complaining to the state of Florida and consulting with an attorney on this matter.i hope no one has to go through this please do your due diligence when dealing with this crooked company.do yourself a favor and find a credible company with a open line of communication.this company does not provide a walk in area to speak with someone directly.the rent out a room in a building full of sales reps and horrible customer service reps.save yourselves time and money. DON'T USE THEM I CAN'T SAY THAT ENOUGH. sincerely, your fellow hardworking consumer.
