I’ve been using Tiscio HVAC service for years now and while a lot of vendors take you for granted after awhile, their technician Brett provided the best service I’ve ever received on my unit recently and wanted the company to know what a great job he did for us. USSTAY AWAY!! Stay as far away as possible from this company! Three service calls in three days to the tune of almost $1300. When they should have found the problem which would’ve only cost us $108. They did a necessary work. I was referred to this company by my realtor in 2017 when I needed a new AC unit and they did well. Their technician always took care of us, but we always had a problem with the unit. I spoke to my realtor this evening and he said get rid of this company. It’s been sold to another owner and they are moneygrubbing. When I asked the owner that came out tonight why the problem wasn’t found the first time the technician came out. He really couldn’t answer the question, but he danced around it, saying we had two problems the capacitor and the dirty coil. The dirty coils were not the issue, yes, they were dirty, but they were not filthy. Stay as far away from this company as you possibly can they have gotten the last dime out of me. UPDATE TO YOUR RESPONSE: You were at my house three times within five days. Yes the coil was dirty, like most coils get in the state of Florida. But not dirty to the point where it had to be cleaned. However, I let you clean it. Within a day and a half the AC was not working again. This time you came out and found the culprit which should have been found the first trip out to my house which would have saved me a great deal of money. You are only in this to make a buck. This system is not even six years old yet and we have had nothing but problems with it from the time it was put in. Our financial problems, if any, do not need to be displayed by your company on a public website. That is slander. Be very careful with that. My only financial distress at this point is having to pay you upwards of over $1100 for 100 and something dollar part that should’ve been diagnosed the first time. You were at my house three times within five days. This is bad business and I am certain that Vince would not have let this happen. Enjoy the money you got for me because this is the last time you will ever get from us.

USExcellent service from this company. Excellent service from this company. I bought a rental home in March of 2021 that needed everything. When the A/C went out i figured it would be a new one that was needed. The tech that came out from Vince Tiscio said it may be old, but all I need right now is a fan. He replaced the part and told me I would probably need a new unit in 1-2 years. Almost 2 years later, it was making some noise so I called them up and they scheduled me for a new unit, offered 0% financing for 18 months and installed the new unit in only 3 hours. Nice people, honest service, Go with them when you need A/C repair and service. You will be pleased as I am.
