Ecoscience handled the issue Fantasticly and I will be working with them in the future. The products are working wonderfully. I use them as a disabled Veteran to manage my pain and PTSD.I have updated this review to reflect I placed my order and 11 days later still had not received order. I even paid for expedited shipping. I spoke with operations manager and he apologized and shipped out overnight a replacement order which I give him a 5star review for how he handled it. My dissatisfaction is with the door to door process. Needs great improvement.

GBAfter browsing ecosciences.com After browsing ecosciences.com, I'd describe my experience as median. Their website was nothing extraordinary; it was far from spectacular. The search bar wasn't too functional and while the font size was comfortably big, the visuals weren't as vivacious as I would have hoped. Navigatimg around the site was manageable but again, not overly enthralling. I didn't actually buy anything, so I can't comment on their delivery nor any other purchases. To conlcude, mediocrity seems to be the name of the game with this company.

GBJust what I needed Delivered quickly and works great for my Chihuahua who has a bad heart murmur. I have been able to cut back on her heart meds since this was added and her vet is happy with her progress considering she is 15 yrs old.
