Miserable customer service My package is held at the customs for over two months. The customer service of PÜRBLACK is not helpful at all. They ignore my emails now and do not take any action to look after the parcel. It is also misleading that you can order from PÜRBLACK Europe but actually the parcels are sent from UK and have to go through customs.
