Excellent quality and environmentally friendly I purchased this as a gift for my fiancé. There is a generous helping of tea for the price, especially considering that it's organic. It was packaged nicely and included reusable bags. I really appreciate that they offer loose leaf teas, unlike many other subscriptions which are less environmentally friendly. The teas themselves (one caffeinated, one herbal) were delicious. I definitely recommend this as a gift, or as a great way to try new teas.

Customer service phenomenal Customer service phenomenal, and it's super cool to be able to customize your own blends. I can't say between the custom blends that I had put together or the predone ones that I picked out that I was over the moon about any of them, but they were all nice!

Magnificent support team and delicious teas Not only are the teas delicious, but the Blend Bee support team has been magnificent—they respond in a timely manner and offer great suggestions for custom blends, all while being friendly and welcoming. I've ordered 6 custom blends at this point and can't wait to try out some more. I cannot recommend this company enough!

Obsessed!!! I am obsessed with BlendBee! They are beyond consistent with, and mindful of, the quality of their products. I haven't had any problems with communication, quality, or delivery. I love that BlendBee empowers their customers to design their own blends. I hardly ever write reviews, but BlendBee is truly such an amazing company!
