GBOvercharged After 1/2 of the estimate was paid for in advance, on Thursday. Told the crew would be here Monday or Tuesday. It then went to Thursday, Friday. With rain both days someone left a ladder and partial bundle of shingles on Friday. Saturday was phone tag for several hours. He showed up installed 1 shingle, said the others will lay back down with sunlight, and was gone in 30 minutes. Text back and said we have hail damage, would we like to have someone look at it. This is not worth the 1200.00 price tag. Especially when my INS agent is who contacted you to start with and no hail damage was spoke of then. That's why I paid out of pocket. 1200.00 for a 30 minute ladder and shingle job is rude.

GBThe young men who did an inspection of… The young men who did an inspection of my roof were very professional and extremely nice. I would have loved to do business with your company but decided to work with an in -state group per advice from several people.

GBI did not like that your agent insisted… I did not like that your agent insisted on being with our insurance agent during the damage estimate because I believe he encouraged the estimator to include excessive damages. Our insurance company issued a check for the amount of the estimate, which your agent asked us to give him and that we wouldn't need to do anything. When we signed the contract with your agent there were items of the estimate that he told us he could not afford to do leaving us liable for any future damage on those items, which I did not like but felt compelled to sign anyway, but in addition to that they did not shingle our shed, which was the reason I am writing this because I asked him point blank if that shed was included and he assured me that it was. I came away believing that this was your company's method of operation: Get a high estimate, take the entire check and do only part of the work and keep the excess money.
