I wanted to to update out/my Oak Lawn… I wanted to to update out/my Oak Lawn home because I wanted to refresh the kitchen, replace carpet and outdoor tile. I went online and found several remodeling companies. I contacted three or four contractors to Interview. I was looking for a local firm that does a lot of work in Oak Lawn, SoHip, and Highland Park neighborhoods Renowned Renovation was one of the first remodelling companies to contact me and when I met with them they were extremely professional. They listened to what I wanted, made a few very helpful suggestions, did not try to up-sell me, and provided a rough cost for what we discussed. But what really sold me on going with Renowned Renovation was the fact that they would provide me access to an app called BuilderTREND that would allow me to access every aspect of my home improvement project. Once I informed Renowned I was moving forward with them, I was provided a detailed estimate that I accepted, through BuilderTREND. Renowned got started and I was able to monitor every aspect of my remodeling project. I could see on the calendar when they were going to have crews working on my house and when they showed up, they logged in and posted photos of the work they did that day. The app documented everything. Our change-orders, payments and emails. Their work was was great! We love our new kitchen. It is amazing! The cabinetry looks brand new. The Cambria countertops that Renowned Renovation recommended is beautiful, durable and easy to maintain. Bottom line is that we would rehire Renowned Renovation, recommend them to our friends, and neighbors. Project included painting Cabinets, Cambria quartz countertop, backsplash, painting cabinets new Shaw carpeting and tiling outdoor patio
