GBCleartouch Works! It was slow at first and I seriously considered returning the device, but I knew that nails take some time to grow out. After a few weeks I began to notice that newer growth lacked the white color of the fungus and the nails looked normal and clear. It's now been about 2 months and I must say that I am completely satisfied that the fungus is definitely in retreat and that my nails are healthy once more. The only problem that I have with the device is that the front cover, the side with the button, keeps coming loose and I have had to tape it down to keep it from popping off--seems to be a design flaw. Other than that it works fine.

GBWorks Great! This product effectively stops the spread of additional fungus. Removal of dead fungus further reduces spread. Continued use allows nails to grow back without fungus. As with any product the entire process takes time, but this product does a good job at stopping additional growth and killing existing fungus. I have been fighting toe nail fungus for 10 years, taken multiple oral prescriptions, creams, and lotions. Use of the product is easy and by far the healthiest, and it works!

GBIt DOES work when used properly. My mother and her sister have both used a (each their own, not the same unit) Clear Touch to clear up nail fungus in their toenails. It DOES work. But you have to use it properly, and consistently. Yes, it is a long term therapy. Unfortunately, toenail fungi are difficult to eradicate. As are mosts fungi. One of the reasons being that people continue to use socks and shoes they used while having toenail fungus. Sanitizing shoes and socks by washing, spraying with lysol, or preparations made to eradicate smelliness from shoes, does not kill fungi. Only bacteria. So if you're treating toenail fungus, and using contaminated footwear, NO treatment will work. But despite what others are saying, positive reviews are NOT fake. At least, mine isn't. You can pay a lot of money to a doctor to give you laser treatments. And go through the hassle of going to their office every time. You can take an oral anti-fungal med, which can have dangerous side effects. Or, you can follow the directions Clear Touch gives, and not reuse contaminated footwear, and treat the fungi from the comfort of your own home. No matter the treatment you choose, it will take months to work.

GBPerformance and usage Usage is vastly different than most other products. Takes less time and less cleanup. In terms of performance, it is noticeable that the product is working. It's still relatively new for me, but I'm excited to see the long-term result. Unfortunately for me, it requires the time to grow essentially the entire length of the toe nail.

GBAppears to be Improving My toenails have been infested for over twenty years so I have tried the Cleartouch for three weeks now and my nails appear to be improving, but have a long way to go for recovery. Easy to use and a minimum of time required. Nails can sometimes become painfully hot, but no apparent injury.
