GBFor 200 dll I got my order wrong !!! Well I really want to give you guys 2 starts because my order was wrong. I order the breakfast set of almost 200 dll. I got chocolate protein flavor instead of berries, I don’t like chocolate drinks and now I’m stock with it and of course I don’t have any return label or your website doesn’t say how can I returns or exchange the products. I think 200 dólares of products I deserve to get what I order .

GBBought vitamins BOGO and only received… Bought vitamins BOGO and thought I only received one bottle, but because they were supposed to come from TX during their insane snowstorm the first place they could ship from was OR. The shipment of the second bottle had trouble getting out, so they had their place in AZ ship me out two more bottles. So, I actually received 3 bottles even though their building in TX was shut down due to the storm. Amazing customer service. Thanks for the extra bottle!

GBService delivery The company is doing well in terms of communication and delivery. But you need to work on delivery. Shorten the time, maybe two day.

I inadvertently typed the wrong delivery street address number (twice!) and when I contacted the company each time, they were quick to respond, changed my address, and couldn't have been kinder and more understanding. I’m proud to say that they have secured a loyal and repeat customer. You won't be disappointed.
