I used this personally for my sore muscles and it was a game changer. & my uncle had a spinal surgery that wound up leaving him having difficulty with neuropathy in his feet. You can’t go wrong w/ any Terp product!!! I wonder how I lived before without Terp…I use the daily drops and Muscle roll on / Recovery butter WEEKLY!! Honestly the daily / nightly drops help me the most mentally…reduces my mental chatter and helps my brain and body return to homeostasis and PEACE.
