Helped me with anxiety and calming my mind So I suffer from pretty bad anxiety attacks on a daily basis and never really liked the idea of taking Xanax. I decided to finally try this CBD thing and can honestly say it’s helped a lot. Whenever I’m having an anxiety attack I take .75mL of the 500mg drops and hold it under my tongue for like 30 seconds.
