USVery informative and not pushy. Getting our solar panels has been an easy & nice experience. They were very understanding and flexible, as we had to reschedule install a few times. Genesis Home Pro was very helpful in addressing any questions or concerns. We did not ever feel pressure by them into buying the solar panels which was very good .Install was great they got their and went straight to work. We can't wait to start seeing the benefits of going solar. We do recommend them as our experience has been great thus far .
