Definitely recommend!! Great so far! I was skeptical at first because this is newer smaller company which is why I put off writing a review/endorsement. Overall the whole process has been great and seamless. submitted a questionnaire, scheduled an appointment, and I met with Irene in a timely fashion. My appointment with Irene was great , she was very informative, listened to my concerns and went over everything thoroughly. Even asking for confirmation in my understanding of the whole process which I really appreciated. The product I received took about a week to get and I was notified via the pharmacy of my shipment. So far the Tirezeptide has been effective in managing my hunger, and reducing those days where I would sometimes become ravenous. A lot of my weight gain over the past year has been related to hormones, insulin resistance, and high cortisol and I’m pleasantly surprised my body is already reacting even on the lowest dose. This medication seems to help overcome all of those issues as my recent weight gain was not due to unhealthy eating habits and has more to do with my biology. It has been frustrating to not be eating a tremendous amount and still continue to put on a lot of weight. Anyhow, I came on here to give a review for those people who may be reluctant to give it a chance. I definitely recommend it as I am seeing results and I have not made any dramatic changes. Easy and Informative Very easy to make an appointment and speak with Irene, FNP. She was very kind and informative. After the appointment, she provided educational brochures to help optimize the care plan.
