My boiler was leaking water to the wall and floor, they came and fixed it within 2 business days, the problem was solved, thank you. However, the water flowing from the boiler damaged the structure of the wall, the wall started to peel and fall off, they did not take action on this issue / or I do not know if the real estate agent told me not to take action.

The landlord in my case had provided consent to a quote for a roof fix, however, I had 4 more sets of roofers arrive to provide a quote resulting in no fix to the roof leak and a shining incompetence by the team. We contracted British Builders to build… We contracted British Builders to build 4 bedroom house with drive, ramps and back yard garden. Interacting and meeting with their team over 6 months period I found them friendly, helpful and consistent. They helped me with my planning application and 6 months later I was amazed with such massive project like this there was not a single snag to be found on completion and project handover. I highly recommend them because they on top of it and pay attention to their customers.
