The landlord in my case had provided consent to a quote for a roof fix, however, I had 4 more sets of roofers arrive to provide a quote resulting in no fix to the roof leak and a shining incompetence by the team. Action was taken quickly (after 5… Action was taken quickly (after 5 working days) according to UK standards (extremely slow compared to the country I am affiliated with). My boiler was leaking water to the wall and floor, they came and fixed it within 2 business days, the problem was solved, thank you. However, the water flowing from the boiler damaged the structure of the wall, the wall started to peel and fall off, they did not take action on this issue / or I do not know if the real estate agent told me not to take action.

Quality of work done was very good Quality of work done was very good. And I’m happy with the final outcome. However, there were few mixup in the materials ordered and delivery could have been planned much better.

Bunch of liars Bunch of liars, I think they are not in the uk , India call centre, they keep lying to customers, they hire engineers and staff to do the job , get unfair money from people in need or if you have emergency situation they charge you with very high fee as soon as get your money they ignore you , please stay away from these cowboys

Horrible experience Warning stay away Charged me £250 for repair my cctv camera , never attended to my property, i called them many times to get my money back after four weeks still waiting for refund, change this company name from British builders to cowboy buliders
