Travis Frasier profesionally answered our questions regarding so many issues involed with this type of damage, and put our mind at ease with his expertise and quick response time, sending several teams to handle the initial emergency and clean up. Everyone did their part in an excellent manner and treated both us and our home with a great deal of respect. Disappointed in the lack of return call… Disappointed in the lack of return call from them I was charged for a weekend rate of 262.00 for an hour service the guy was here a few minutes realized he didn’t have gas for his pump left for 30 minutes and it took him 15 minutes to vacuum up what little water was in basement. For the expense I’ll buy a shop vac and do it myself
