I was originally promised a full service experience from mitigation to repair and painting. What I got was two big holes in my kitchen and an email to go find someone else to finish the work. Disappointed in the lack of return call… Disappointed in the lack of return call from them I was charged for a weekend rate of 262.00 for an hour service the guy was here a few minutes realized he didn’t have gas for his pump left for 30 minutes and it took him 15 minutes to vacuum up what little water was in basement. For the expense I’ll buy a shop vac and do it myself
