It’s a journey, but if you do the work to compliment the medicine, and you aren’t taking handfuls to trip out, and you set intention, you will grow. I’ve found significant improvement in the afflictions of mental illness (Anxiety/Depression/OCD), and have been more mindful of unhealthy thought/behavior patterns.
