I rate my experience as poor because… I rate my experience as poor because the listing for the computer said fair condition but the imac arrived in what I consider to be very poor condition. A LOT OF CRACKS. They claimed this never happens and the cracks got bigger during shipping. All in all they handled the situation but I lost time
