ILLEGAL MARKETING PRACTICES Update: TODAY 4/26/2023 I received a text message offer for Service which I never opted in for from this company along with illegal calls around 11 months ago.. This review is for Tele-Maketing I have never made an inquiry for contact by this company I have had 4 invasive calls and 3 text messages. Apparently they had my information from Home Advisor who has also been telemarketing me like crazy and I have never requested any information. The calls violate TCPA and DNC along with CCPA for obtaining my contact information without express consent since I do not have a EBR with your company the calls are illegal so was the purchase of my information. If you want to this review removed please email to discuss options or I may consider litigating this issue or we can discuss a settlement opportunity. I will also be filing CCPA and FTC complaints if this isn't resolved in a timely manor.
