You'll sleep like a baby Oleo has helped me in so many ways. I have arthritis so it has helped with achy joints in my knees. Recently, I had a total knee replacement and once I was off the narcotics, I had a hard time sleeping. I took Oleo before bedtime and immediately slept like a baby. I now offer it to visitors when they come stay at our house from out-of-town. If I find out they have any kind of sleeping problem, I offer them Oleo and it never fails that the next day, they report the best sleep of their life! It is an amazing product.

The Coconut mix is pleasant and the “plain” crystals are a great addition to smoothies and juice drinks. Customer service is also the best.
