I Strongly advise against using Bob’s… I Strongly advise against using Bob’s Containers to build your home due to numerous issues. These include the company's failure to honor the warranty, non-compliance with building code standards, delayed completion, very poor communication, and unprofessional behavior from the owner. - Water pipes froze at 20 degrees, building code standard was not followed and we had to relocate all the water pipes in the house. Bob’s refused to cover the repair cost. - The HVAC equipment came dead on arrival - They refused to fix the issue unless we signed a form releasing them of all responsibility (including the 1-year warranty) - The HVAC equipment did not comply with the building code. (there was No Disconnect Boxes) - Oversized HVAC unit was installed in the Bedroom causing the unit to continually short cycle - All the doors came wracked upon delivery and would not close properly – they did not honor the warranty - They lost the keys to the house, and we had to have a locksmith replace all the door keys - Incorrect shower faucets installed, resulting in visible patch after the repair. - Unprofessional owner with final say on decisions. PONZI SCHEME!! PONZI SCHEME!!! They stole my money for a build, so I have been reaching out to current and previous customers and employees and have come to several conclusions. They are using old clients money to pay for new project's builds. They are lying to new customers, clients, and investors. They cannot even afford to process regular payroll. It is expected that the company go under shortly, especially after suspected fraud. Also, they are paying under minimum wage for international outsourced employees. They are living in storage containers with no running water on the site. This company is COMPLETELY unethical. The only way to get your money back is to hire a lawyer, and they have several active lawsuits so good luck. STRONG REC TO NOT USE.

Can't wait for the next one! I was looking for a tiny home for my mother to live in and ran across the bobscontainers Instagram. They had a variety of options to pick from off their website and were able to help create an awesome design over a video call. I really enjoyed the communication and the weeklyphoto updates of the home being built. It amazes me, how it starts off as a metal box and turns into a living space. Next year im planning to get one for myself with a roof top deck and rent it out when im not using it Hihgly reccomend-

Container office/workshop We purchased a 40’ Alpine model without the kitchenette to be used as an office space / workshop. The unit is beautiful and the process was really easy. We worked with Nathan, Will, Sal, Wes, Jackie, and others. Emory delivered our unit and was awesome. We needed to cut a few tree limbs so as not to damage the container- great customer service. We haven’t moved our things in yet, but are very happy with our purchase! Will comment again after occupying.

Shockingly poor experience that included a rep who was 20+ minutes late to our first ever phone call, with no notification, who went on to be unable to simply write a basic email, manipulated us into paying for a feasibility study that ended up being a week late... just to find out they never did it at all, wasting nearly a month of our building process, putting us behind. Other issues of note: - Quotes often thousands over other companies with no explanation - Rude, ineffective and unintelligent representatives - Horrific customer service that includes simply no response when questions asked about obvious failures on their part - Dramatically overpriced, with no explanation - Selling designs they've never produced - Requiring up to an additional 5-10k, on top of the asking price, for any type of design to be used for permitting to actually use the unit on your property - Unclear process that results in wasted time and scamming money My husband and I were so astonished by the poor quality of this company. Please do yourself a favor and save yourself time, money, and effort and go to another builder. Pretty close to anyone else is better.
