GBI cannot begin to describe the 4 month… I cannot begin to describe the 4 month ordeal to get a garden tub leak/faucet replaced. My calls were unrefined. Appointments were missed without calling. It was so bad, I was sent a coupon for 167.50. You would think that would have been the kicker... nope. I was left with 3 BIG @$$ holes around my tub from him tearing the tile around my wall... and this misfit simply refused to fix it. I would have unfortunately settled for it to caulked up. Didn't do that either. DO NOT!! I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I wish I could upload pictures.

GBThey were extremely helpful They were extremely helpful, fast and communicative. Explained the entire process didn't charge me for parts I didn't need and just in general were fantastic.
