We have been doing a lot of online research looking for quality turf for a putting green we want to put in our basement and when we landed on RubberFlooring.com and it could not have been a more pleasant experience. "Eh" experience, do your research. UPDATE: Marquel offered a solution, only after writing a poor review of the company, to replace the defective tiles (about half the order). We expect that this will be a satisfactory outcome, but we will wait to see how the replacement product performs. This company sells products at full retail prices and then provides NO support when their product fails. We ordered 3/4 inch rubber impact tiles ($1,000) that have started to separate only 8 months into being used. One agent tells me there is a 5 year warranty... the warranty department tells me there is NO warranty... Be careful what you buy from them!!

Just bought and installed ~1620 sq ft… Just bought and installed ~1620 sq ft of rolled rubber flooring. I don’t understand the bad reviews I read. We had zero issues. Delivery was timely (although no warning - we had to keep checking website ourselves), the delivery guy was fantastic and the mats looked pristine and well protected. Zero issues once rolled and installed. Perfect! Love the confetti color as just enough color to not be boring and hides the dirt a bit.

Marcel called me today 3-3-2023 Marcel called me today 3-3-2023, Friday with he and his teams recommendations to the problem I've been having with my flooring tiles buckling over and over. We've been messaging now for over a month and finally a remedy has been made and it was a pleasant exchange today working with Marcel who was very professional and listened to my concerns. damaged, refunded Had a damaged coin rubber floor roll on delivery. It was a bit of a battle, but I did receive a refund. I recommend to rubberflooringinc that they pad and/or wrap their heavy rolls better to avoid this problem again with others. Single layer of paper isn't adequate on something that is 7 feet long and weighs more than 420 lbs.
