USDisappointed in the Lack of Proactive Customer Service - Ruined Order Not Once but Twice • 12/12/23 I place the order • 12/19/23 UPS “claims” they told you the order was broken in transit • 1/4/24 I find out the order was broken and not delivered and have to contact you. • 1/5/24 a replacement is sent • And now… I’m told it is cancelled. I’ll get a refund within 4 days and “if not {I} should contact my bank.”

USHorrible customer service Horrible customer service. I ordered a track and curtain 3 weeks ago and the order shows it hasn't shipped yet. I have written them 3 times asking when is expected delivery date and just get a generic message about sorry for any inconvenience and let me check on the order, then I never hear back. I have called a left a message. Unbelievable. Don't waste your time and order from this company.

USTerrible - Customer Service & Product Delivery Ordered two pieces of track and two 8x15 curtains. Received track and then received 4x7 curtains. The customer service email did NOT work and the only phone # I could locate was to an individual whose message didn't even identify the company just, "Hi, you have reached .... please leave a message" I did and a woman called me back and explained there must have been a glitch in the computer system as they cannot sell 8x15 curtains for that price so they shipped me the 4x7 curtains instead. Totally useless. They would NOT send the original curtains which I paid $70 unless I paid the correct price of $180. Ultimately, I got her to issue a refund for the $70 but it has been two days and it is so far a no show in my account.

USOne of my worst customer experiences. Item never arrived The purchasing experience was one of my worst ever. First of all, the product I wanted took about 6 months to become available. Once ordered, the first order was lost in transit. Customer service took about a week to ship out a new order. I received a tracking number 4 days after the new order was created, however, it took 8 days for it to ship out. When I received the package, it turns out that only the curtains were shipped and not the actual stand. After exchanging emails with Customer Support, they said that the company is currently being sold and they are not allowed to send new orders so they canceled/refunded my stand order. I then had to ask for a return/refund for the curtains as obviously, I did not need them anymore. Their customer service department (which I assume is only one person) never answers their phone and takes about 48 hours to answer emails. Honestly, this company is a nightmare, do yourself a favor and don't buy from them to avoid surprises.

USHorrible Experience On November 25, 2022, I purchased a Room Divider Curtain, 8ft Tall X 15ft Wide for a great price from RoomDividersNow (RDN). Between November 25th and the delivery date of November 29th I received numerous confirmations and thank you's via email on the 8ft Tall X 15ft Wide curtain. However, the curtain I received was 7ft Tall X 4ft Wide. I instantly called RoomDividersNow (RDN) at 630-756-6095 and spoke with a person who said her name was Toni. It was by far the worst conversation and service I have ever received and I am closer to 65 year old than I am 60. Toni advised that they would not honor the sale. She continued to talk about their internal issues and that there was a computer glitch. I continue to explain my position and ask that this be escalated to management. Approximately 10 minutes later after going back-and-forth she said that she would call me back the following day after discussing this with her supervisor. I have not heard from Toni to date and our discussion was on November 29th. I have made several calls with messages and emails with no response. I researched the co-founder and owner Tyler Lundmark and sent an email for his review and assistance. There has been no reply from anyone to date. I don't have the product that I bought and paid for, and the company has not responded to calls and / or emails to date. Horrible experience! Horrible experience!
