Good carpet, below average communication We really like the finished product, but there were some communication issues along the way that provided some frustration. When our carpet was initially installed, there was a light fixture that was left broken (but had been partially cleaned up) and we weren't told about it. In addition, they didn't have enough carpet for a side project we had discussed and didn't call us to tell us that (we had to figure it out when we came in the house). Finally, we were originally told that when they did receive the additional carpet for the side project that they would call us. Two and a half weeks went by and we finally called them (no one called us) and apparently they had had the carpet sitting around their office for a while. Once we had learned that, we tried to find out a day in advance that they could come out and install it and we finally heard back that they could install it the next day at an inconvenient time. They are very pleasant and the finished product was great, but communication was lacking when things went wrong.

A Name you can Trust I had been aware of Nash floors for several years but this was my first experience with them. I like to patronize firms that have a local presence rather than large, national "everything" companies. I was fortunate to have a sales representative who did not pressure me in any way, but was obviously knowledgeable and helpful. The entire process was very satisfactory, from sales to installation. I will go to Nash for any flooring needs in the future. Within the following month, my daughter also had Nash install carpet in her condo, and was equally pleased.

Nash Carpet One-Excellent in Every Way From meeting with Chris about choosing the right type of carpet and what kind of budget we had to work with, to the completion of the installation process, the experience was 5 stars. Chris guided us as to what material would be the right one for our needs as we have a pet and some high traffic areas. We had the bedroom, closet, and living room newly carpeted. We also had hardwood put in the upstairs hall. The work done by the crew was well executed. They were courteous, hard working, and obviously enjoyed their craft. The crew that came the next day to install the carpeting were the same. Both left the work area spotless. I would not hesitate to return to Nash Carpet One Floor and Home for our next project.
