Scam Taken £40 from my bank but I don’t have an account with them & never had any correspondence with them? Seems very suspicious to me, currently disputing this to get my money back but not getting any response.

Absolute scam Absolute scam, I applied for a bad credit loan and I believe this to be a consequence. Luckily there wasn't enough in my account when they tried to take the money. However because no money's been taken my bank can't block it. Tried calling the number, recorded message saying office closed due to covid, send an email mail. I'm waiting for a response. I also tried to log into their website and my email wasn't recognised. Absolute joke.

SCAM! SCAM!! Took money from my account without my permission or knowledge. I am working with the bank to try and get the money back; I have sent two emails to this 'company', and I am not expecting a response as I am pretty sure it is not a real company and is simply a parasite website that takes from the most vulnerable within society. All such companies should be made illegal. How can a company be allowed to just go into someone's bank account and remove money...abhorrent!

Absolutely awful how anyone could just take money out of someone’s account knowing they haven’t agreed to it!!
