We had on small issue that my wife and I were concerned about. After one call to Anthony, he called his foreman who quickly sorted problem. However I think it might be better to hold on to the replacement for a bit longer in case it is needed and the vacuum cleaner fails . I cannot be sure that my husband either knew what happened or actually did anything useful to the electrics when he tried to remove the battery. But it now WORKS ! Marna.

The payment on rebates or money document signed has taken way to long for common sence. Hope the future dealings will be more professional and accurately timed on payments.

GBOur electric bill is still 100+ Our electric bill is still 100+. It appears that the engineer did not figure out how many solar panels we need correctly. Now we have 300+ solar bill and 100-150 electric bill. What is going to happen when winter come?
