SKBe aware! I opened an account and made the requested deposit to order the card. Only to understand that no card is available here in Europe. Since then I can not login anymore. No contact to customer service possible, because a login is required to open a ticket....it seems like I lost my money, better be aware and look for another provider!

ZABlockcard is a scam Blockcard is a scam. After depositing your BTC, you never get the funds in your account. When you contact support they just tell you that they sent it to technical and then ignored all your subsequent emails. Absolutely scam of a company that you MUST stay away from!!

GBThis is a scam This is a scam. I deposited 76.24 into the account and purchased the plastic card for 10.00. This leaves a remaining balance of 66.24. Well it didn't. Because they convert to ternio I lost 20.00 in under a minute. If that's not bad enough my total balance is 56.71 but spendable is 46. 21. Went to go make an online payment for 44.00 and blockcard rejected it twice. To make things worse. I can't even see the card details on my account because they claim I'm using a VPN, which I'm not. So all in all, I lost the entire 76.24 I deposited from the start. SCAM SCAM SCAM. You take bitcoin and give me useless ternio and I can't exchange or spend it anywhere. Should have stuck to Blockchain. Never had a problem with them. Now blockcard has breached my privacy and posted my email address in their response. Not to mention thay had trustpilot remove my review the 1st time because they claimed I was slandering them. When that failed they then claim that I didn't have an account with them so I had to send trustpilot proof that I am a customer of blockcard. Also in their new responce they state I made a transaction which I did. So I don't understand why they claim that I stated otherwise. Their ceo reached out to me trying to win me but that failed as he could not answer my basic questions. I have emails to support all my statements and now I will also report you for breaching my security. If you want to win me, you're doing a horrible job. Stop lying and fabricating information. Get back to your customers when they write you. And I'm glad I got my family and friends to stop using your service. Keep up what you are doing. Give me more to use against you.

GB$8900 deposit, thousands missing. Blockcard scam? So, I’ve had the block card for a few months. I just recently had a $8926.00 (converted from bitcoin) deposit, and since I read about “TERN VALUE DEPRECIATION WITH USAGE” I’ve been keeping track of all of my transactions, have had a total of about 44 transactions, totaling no more then $7800, and keep in mind I’m waiting on about $1200 in refunds, so you do the math, so I’m confused where about $1000+ of my money is? Their is NO EXCUSE. Something EXTREMELY FISHY GOING ON. I’m not going to go on a long rant, but know this customers and blockcard, if my money does not show up. I will work 24/7 until this company is shut down, or receives no more customers. I have a tremendous social media following on various accounts and platforms. I will be the voice of the people if this is not fixed. Block card you do not want that... Trust me.

GBSo far I’m not impressed So far I’m not impressed. I’ve deposited a total of $470 in 3 transactions, Tried to make one point of sale for around $13. Less than $4 was accepted, the rest denied, even though I had a sufficient balance. I deposited more funds to give it another chance and see how it would work at an ATM. By the time I made it over to an ATM (next morning) I only had a balance of $30 left. I tried to withdraw $20 ....and it worked! ....WHEW! I decided to deposit $400 more.....and within a couple hours my balance has been siphoned down to about $330. Now I’m getting concerned. My “BitPay” card works great. Haven’t had a single problem with it in 2+ years. Haven’t lost a penny. Maybe Blockcard should review its methods. I’m not giving up on it quite yet, but if they keep sucking of my hard earned cash, I might have to burn that card. We’ll see. Hope it’s not a scam!
