Highly recommend One of the few online markets offering a clear description of why they offer the types of CBD and hemp-based products they offer. I've tried a good assortment of the products they offer and have had mostly good experiences (in fairness, I have yet to find a topical that works but that could be my physiology) Side note: I had a random error on one of my orders and before I could even get a chance to follow up, someone from customer service followed up with me. Highly recommend.

These days, when I have an issue, I’ve become used to getting no response, rude customer service reps, or super friendly folks that simply don’t follow through. When I emailed Anavii regarding a delayed shipment they responded immediately with the complete delivery info already research and the rep was friendly, polite and super professional. When I responded that I found it (my husband has Alzheimers and often moves/hides mail) the rep did not make me feel like I had wasted her time, in fact quite the opposite! How refreshing! I was very impressed and feel very good abut the company, the products and their fantastic customer service. I highly recommend them. FYI, I use the products as an occasional sleep aid (gummies) and to reduce acid reflux symptoms nightly (gel caps). I have had great results in treating these conditions.

I don't remember the name of the person… I don't remember the name of the person I spoke to when I placed my order but, she was kind and informative about my purchase or Martha Stewart's CBD gummies. She was knowledgeable about the products Anavii carried and resolved my concerns about being a first-time user of CBD. She also offered me options for future product. I appreciated her help.
