USI received an email from Anavii which… I received an email from Anavii which gave me a coupon code that was supposed to give me 30% off but when I attempted to put it in, I was told it was not recognized! So I looked at the website some more found a 20% off code and attempted to use that and had the same result! I love your product so I ordered it anyway but this is very frustrating!

USAnavii's customer service is outstanding!! Anavii's customer service is outstanding. The products offered are excellent. The website is user friendly, which for me, is very helpful. The delivery of all products I have ordered has always been before the estimated delivery date. I would definitely recommend Anavii Market and the products they offer.

USGreat Customer Service I had a recurring order that I tried to cancel on a Sunday night, not realizing it should run the next day. They cancelled further orders early in the morning, but I called later about the one I was charged for in the morning. I talked with Moriah. When she heard that the product had started giving me a headache, she arranged for me to return the CBD. And then she sent me an email to set up the portal and my rewards account, since I had not done those things yet. She was great.

USLove this company and the products! Love this company and the products! I don’t say that lightly. These days, when I have an issue, I’ve become used to getting no response, rude customer service reps, or super friendly folks that simply don’t follow through. When I emailed Anavii regarding a delayed shipment they responded immediately with the complete delivery info already research and the rep was friendly, polite and super professional. When I responded that I found it (my husband has Alzheimers and often moves/hides mail) the rep did not make me feel like I had wasted her time, in fact quite the opposite! How refreshing! I was very impressed and feel very good abut the company, the products and their fantastic customer service. I highly recommend them. FYI, I use the products as an occasional sleep aid (gummies) and to reduce acid reflux symptoms nightly (gel caps). I have had great results in treating these conditions.
