When I inquired about that, they said that your bank card originated in Kuwait, , and you gave us an American address, and I told them, this my us address in aramex and they didn’t respond to me until this moment

So, I decided to make another purchase when the items arrived to my home one of the items had been missed Mind you this was on a Saturday, I called the customer service line and just like I told them what the issue was they checked to see if they had that product in stock and assured me it would be shipped out the following business day.
