I received my package very quickly. I admire that Joseph always keeps his word and he cares about the customer. I will definitely be ordering again!

Great customer service! The customer service (Joseph) was great! He was very patient w me when I shared TMI. He was very good at explaining things. He was quick to respond. So BIG Kudos to him. Best customer service experience I've had in a long time.

The ease of use and access to patient… The ease of use and access to patient information. Just an all around great customer service and knowledgeable staff. Victoria has been amazing. Keeping me up to date on the status of my approval all the way to the first dose. And well worth the cost.

ONE (1) minute later I received a phone call from a very kind rep who solved my issue and confirmed I was doing great. TOP NOTCH!! losing weight and feeling fantastic.

Amazing Customer Serviice So far everyone I have had interactions with have been amazingly quick to respond to any questions or concerns I have had. I do not know the first persons name but Joseph has been wonderful. Meds came quickly..fingers crossed that the weight loss is just as quick.
