Relief at last I have been sick since end of September last. 6x antibotics 5x steroids (never had steroids before ) 4 strong inhaler pumps Flem dissolving tablets Steroid nasal spray Cough suppressor containing Codine plus over the counter medicines. Thankful for this! I found out in January of this year 2024 that I had copd. I was put on oxygen. After trying a few things, I found Lignosus and decided to give it a try by ordering 3 boxes. It seems to help open me up in the morning. I just reordered 3 more boxes yesterday as it has become part of my morning routine to help me get through the day. After getting up and taking care of personal duties I do my breathing exercise, have a banana and then take a packet of Lignosus with water.
