I would not have had to call but just after I placed the order for my mother 3 onths supply, she passed away during the shipping process. she put a product back on the site because it was the only thing that works...... i took a chance with her products without knowing if they would work for my sick mother. then when i needed more i could not find the stay dry diapers on the web site so i wrote her an e mail she called me back even on the weekend i was so surprised. she went a head and put the diapers back up just for me . thank god..
