The diet works, and the Dr does get back to you when you need him. But people need to know that this is a very strict, very rigid, extremely low calorie diet. I’m not sure how I was able to stick with it, but my hunch is that something in the supplements was an appetite suppressant. That’s fine with me. My weight, cholesterol, triglycerides, and A1C all dropped way down. Overall it was a good experience.

I have been actively seeking a refund due to the lack of communication and lack of any services received after signing the contract with NJ Diet/Nuvo Health in September 2022. I have not even started the so-called program yet. ( I think the staff was on vacation) I got really bad vibes' that I've been scammed. I attempted to cancel the contract due to poor communication and lack of service but my requests were ignored. I LOST NO WEIGHT with NJ Diet/Nuvo Health. After I wrote an honest review of my situation on Trustpilot and Google. Dr. Arthur Turovets of NJ Diet flagged the review, threatened me with legal action if I didn't remove the reviews but also state I'll have a refund only after the reviews were removed offline. Needless to say, he had no intention of giving me a refund. It was one impossible request after another. LIES, LIES, LIES, LIES is what I get from NJ Diet/Nuvo Health. BE very wary of NJ Diet/Nuvo Health.

Everyone was very supportive, attentive, and caring I loved the program and the attitude. Everyone was very supportive, attentive, and caring. Dr. T and Kirsten were very thorough to get to the root of my health problems and individualize the program for me. For these 40 days I easily lost 27 pounds, but what is more important is I feel much more active and alive, and my headaches and insomnia eased significantly.
