GBAn investment that you won’t regret The last 7 years I’d let myself go and I’ve tried several diets unsuccessfully. My blood pressure was elevated and resting heart rate was in the high 60’s- low 70’s. I’ve always been skinny fat and extremely self conscious of my body, to the point of excluding myself from going to the pool or the lake with my family and friends. After my wife and I had our second child, I finally decided to invest into myself, promising I’ll get happier, more confident and to become healthier for my wife and kids. After starting the program, coach Kevin took care of the macros, calories and made sure I’m on constant workout routine. After 2 months my resting heart rate lowered to 58 and my blood pressure was back down to normal. After 6 months I’m down approximately 40lbs, gaining muscle and starting feeling more self confident. I still have work to do to get physically where I want to be but that’s going to take time. GB70 lb Weigh Loss Journey Growing up I was heavy into sports and eventually earned a Cross Country scholarship to college. Soon after, I joined the military where I served for 20 years but dealt with a lot of injuries to include needing my neck fused and dealing with 3 herniated discs in my lower back. After I retired, I had let myself go for a few years. I needed a change where I could get drastic results without stepping one foot in the gym and not having to work out for hours at home. There is where Kevin comes in. We connected and formulated a game plan and continued making adjustments to ensure it would not aggravate my already injured back. Using the X3 system I already owned and following the nutrition plan Kevin provided, the weight started flying off. In 5 months (with a few cheat weekends), I was able to lose 77 lbs while also enjoying a lot of my favorite foods and getting stronger. I was also able to do this while only taking the Fortegen supplement a couple times a week, but even more importantly, my wife lost over 70 lbs during the same time period. Of all the workouts and training I did while I served, this was the best! The money was worth it….The Program works and the OGA community is awesome. GBThe code has finally been cracked! Kevin's program is the best thing I've ever done for my fitness, health and appearance. After 32 years of lifting weights, running and eating what I thought were healthy foods, I never looked the way I thought I should for all the effort I was putting in to fitness. After joining the program and completing a simple questionnaire on my goals, workout routine, eating habits and supplement routine, I was told straight up what I was doing wrong and what I needed to change to accomplish my fitness goals and was put on a succinct and definitive path to do that. Within 2 weeks of starting, I began seeing differences in the mirror and began noticing changes literally daily (and still do after 6 months). The program is simple.
