I am a nurse, so I understand the things he talks about but he uses layman terms to explain how the body works. Hitting On All Cylinders Dear Dr. Gundry, I started to respond to writing a review about 1 hour ago but I am so far behind this and other work that I am suspending efforts to complete everything. I am earnest in saying how much quality and design I can see in your team's effort in art, design, color and packaging your products.

Impressive Results I had a repair of a large paraesophageal hernia, fundiplication and a peg tube x 6 weeks at the end of September 2022. I developed gastroparesis with incredible abd distention and very infreq BMs. I a started using lectin sheild with improvement. I added total gut restore and I am doing so much better. BMS Daily or every other day at a minimum, much less painful distension. Has not made the gastroparesis go totally away, but livable. Will be 65 in March, RN x 45 years and still working. The best olive oil ever! I started to take the olive oil and i was so surprised as to the taste and the results, i went from a 42 waist to a 40 waist in about 1 month now i am getting down a little slimmer to a 39 waist. I snored a lot at night and after drinking the oil at night no more snoring. I feel better all day long and my sex drive has improved, i use this olive oil on my food as much as i can . I have tried other olive oil but this olive oil is the best so far.
