I saw nothing when checking out about border charges and duty? During shipping they hold the delivery hostage. Then notify you about needing you to pay more money. Quite a bit more. What happend to free trade? Crooks.

additional tax when buying from outside the US I have ordered America Medic & Science Preconception Plus to Germany, and once it is arrived DHL asked to pay additional 44.76 Euro as tax , why this is not mentioned when we did the purchase ? the total value is very high when you deliver outside the US.

(Solved) Delivery was twice more expensive than… Initial feedback 8 Apr 2024 (was 3 stars) Delivery was twice more expensive than initial delivery cost, somehow I had to pay 20€ delivery cost and 21€ import tax for a 35€ facial cream. Weird. Order #2500173782 Update 25 April (updated to 5 start) I was contacted by GoSupps and after a discussion they offered to cover all extra delivery costs which seems came from DHL actually. It is still not clear a reason for these fees and I’m going to investigate with DHL. Back to GoSupps I can say now it is nice that company tries to help you in a such situations and not let you do anything on your own, they are trying to help and it is very important that you have this support.
