When I first placed my selection the order went through only to find out 4 days later, and after my followup that my selection was actually not available. Customer service not so good I ordered 3 bottles of multivitamins. Then I noticed that I had ordered the wrong one and immediately emailed them to cancel, which they never answered. They also have a WhatsApp number and I sent them a message. Again, no answer. I tried to call the number they've provided and that keeps going straight to voicemail! It's been a few days since and reading other reviews, I am sure I've been scammed. (Edited) I initially gave it 1 star. But now I changed it to 3 because a couple of days after writing this review they contacted me. They never accepted their fault and kept saying that they had never received any email or WhatsApp message. But I provided them with undeniable proof. They are still in denial! Anyhow, since they issued a full refund I changed my rating. But, as another reviewer mentioned here, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired unless you write a review here, which is unfortunate.

Unpleasant surprise - Hidden Charge! Product was good, delivery was fast, but like other reviews I saw here, hidden costs. I was very surprised that I had to pay duty upon delivery. I looked all around the order before and after and it was not marked anywhere about a duty charge. Very unpleasant surprise. You really should spell that out and be clear. Order #2500171898

Amazing I had hard dry cracked skin round my ankles, tried several creams but nothing worked. I applied LMNOOP for 2 weeks, twice daily and my skin is now soft and healthy. Amazing.
