DE(Solved) Delivery was twice more expensive than… Initial feedback 8 Apr 2024 (was 3 stars) Delivery was twice more expensive than initial delivery cost, somehow I had to pay 20€ delivery cost and 21€ import tax for a 35€ facial cream. Weird. Order #2500173782 Update 25 April (updated to 5 start) I was contacted by GoSupps and after a discussion they offered to cover all extra delivery costs which seems came from DHL actually. It is still not clear a reason for these fees and I’m going to investigate with DHL. Back to GoSupps I can say now it is nice that company tries to help you in a such situations and not let you do anything on your own, they are trying to help and it is very important that you have this support. Many thanks for such a great customer service!

ITBe sure to order an item that could go through the border EDIT: Unfortunately I could not somehow get my ordered merchandise but as PROMISED, they refund me fully to compensate of the issues. Great customer service. Hopefully I won't have any trouble in the future as I'd love to look from their website as they have many interesting things. Order number: #2500167204

AEIt was an amazing and pleasant… It was an amazing and pleasant experience. Fast and smooth delivery always. My last order was a little bit delayed than usual and once I brought it to their attention the response was wonderful. They sent an apology and a refund and I still got my item! Wonderful amazing service!

GBCustomer service not so good I ordered 3 bottles of multivitamins. Then I noticed that I had ordered the wrong one and immediately emailed them to cancel, which they never answered. They also have a WhatsApp number and I sent them a message. Again, no answer. I tried to call the number they've provided and that keeps going straight to voicemail! It's been a few days since and reading other reviews, I am sure I've been scammed. (Edited) I initially gave it 1 star. But now I changed it to 3 because a couple of days after writing this review they contacted me. They never accepted their fault and kept saying that they had never received any email or WhatsApp message. But I provided them with undeniable proof. They are still in denial! Anyhow, since they issued a full refund I changed my rating. But, as another reviewer mentioned here, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired unless you write a review here, which is unfortunate.
