Unpleasant surprise - Hidden Charge! Product was good, delivery was fast, but like other reviews I saw here, hidden costs. I was very surprised that I had to pay duty upon delivery. I looked all around the order before and after and it was not marked anywhere about a duty charge. Very unpleasant surprise. You really should spell that out and be clear. Order #2500171898

When I first placed my selection the order went through only to find out 4 days later, and after my followup that my selection was actually not available.
