(Solved) Delivery was twice more expensive than… Initial feedback 8 Apr 2024 (was 3 stars) Delivery was twice more expensive than initial delivery cost, somehow I had to pay 20€ delivery cost and 21€ import tax for a 35€ facial cream. Weird. Order #2500173782 Update 25 April (updated to 5 start) I was contacted by GoSupps and after a discussion they offered to cover all extra delivery costs which seems came from DHL actually. It is still not clear a reason for these fees and I’m going to investigate with DHL. Back to GoSupps I can say now it is nice that company tries to help you in a such situations and not let you do anything on your own, they are trying to help and it is very important that you have this support. Many thanks for such a great customer service!

I appreciate the fast delivery I appreciate the fast delivery. I suggest that you improve on updating items stock availability. When I first placed my selection the order went through only to find out 4 days later, and after my followup that my selection was actually not available. This can happen anywhere, but I think it can be improved. Thanks to the team, they suggested couple alternatives and I m happy with the alternative

Fully satisfied with the service I placed an order and they send totally wrong order to me from the warehouse I paid a customs fees also.
