Not good! I ordered 2 boxes of our favorite… I ordered 2 boxes of our favorite protein bars. They were NOT good. Weird texture and flavor. Either melted and cooled too many times or just bad batch. Reported the problem and did not get satisfactory response or I would not have given a bad review. Not ordering anything from them again unfortunately.

Beat expectations I had never heard of Nutrition Faktory before but they sell my pre workout,Transparent Bulk,at the same price as the manufacturer and I needed some ASAP before I went on vacation. It normally takes Transparent Labs 7-10 days with Priority Mail,but NF got it to me in 2 days. I was floored. I love to recognize great customer service when I receive it.

Their site and app is SO user-friendly… Their site and app is SO user-friendly and fun to shop from... but the thing that makes me a customer for life and someone who's telling everyone to shop them was Josh Davis the Product Specialist on the chat. He walked me through a ton of questions until I got a cartful of what was perfect for me! I think it was the best customer service I've gotten in this industry by far.

Nutrition Faktory is UNMATCHED Nutrition Faktory is amazing! They have the best prices and products. The in-store experience is amazing as well, since the workers are not paid on commission they are actually there to help not just to drive up their average sale. The delivery service is incredible! I ordered my preworkout and received the order WITHIN THE HOUR. I will only go to Nutrition Faktory, and that says a lot considering I am a former GNC employee.
