GBBack Order Review… I ordered a Square bike back in December from Robert at Labbros. They were out of bikes so he personally called me to discuss the situation. He gave me several choices. 1. Return my money. 2. Order a different product. 3. Wait for bike until February. I decided to wait and I paid in advance. He was awesome! He kept me informed via texts... letting me know the status of the bike, calls to manufacturers, back log details, delivery, Fed ex information, etc...I was truly impressed with his personal customer service. I also read his reviews before making my decision. I am glad I did. He is honest, personable and he does truly care about his customers. Thanks Robert... I appreciate all you did for me! I love the bike! Glad I waited!

GBReputable Business, Reputable Guy! I was contacted via mass text about new chairs. I have owned my legacy chair for 2 years and love it, however I felt it was missing some areas. Therefore, I might be interested in a new chair with newer technology. So I inquired. My man CALLED ME on my phone and walked me thru what I was doing wrong! He fixed my issue! He could have very well sold me a new chair, but chose to resolve the issue instead. What a stand up guy, running a stand up business!
