Healthy & Energetic, thanks to Primeadine I've been taking Primeadine for 5 months, and what I have noticed more than anything is how great I'm sleeping. I am averaging 9 hours of sleep a night. I feel rested throughout the day and have stayed healthy -- I haven't even had a cold since taking it.
