Great product I've had trouble sleeping lately so I decided to give Magu a shot. After taking this product the for the first few days. I definitely felt the effects kick in. I used to wake up in the middle of the night, but after taking Magu regularly, I've been able to get 8 hours of continuous sleep a night. My one improvement I think that would make this product even better would be the taste. It has a pretty earthy taste, which although you can take by itself, it isn't something you would want to regularly do. I am able to get around this by mixing this in with my food, which the manufacturers recommend. Most foods are able to mask the taste, but there are some combinations where I can taste a bit of the earthiness . I would get this product again and recommend this to everyone.
